Poll
Booze Review currently pours most drinks into a glass to allow everybody to see the appearance of the drink, however drinking straight from the can or bottle is clearly the much boozier way.
Would you prefer future boozes to be consumed straight from the original container and not see the drink, or continue using glasses?

Original Krupnik Vodka
It’s reaching the end of what’s been a shite year, and there’s a fair chance the last month is only going to get shiteier. Is that even a word? Shiteyer? Shattier? Surely “shat” is the past tense of “shit” and … Continue reading
Japanese canned booze special
Today we’ve got a Boozism special: Japanese beer! My friend recently returned from a trip to Japan and upon his arrival, he presented me with several cans of Japanese beer (cheers Eric!). I’ve never seen any of these over here … Continue reading

3 Hammers strong cider
Due to recent financial difficulties, Booze Review has been forced to cut down on booze spending. Rather than sobering up, food money has been stricken entirely from the budget and alcohol costs have been cut slightly. Due to this, we … Continue reading

Queen Margot Blended Scotch Whisky
Having drank pretty much everything else in Lidl, I finally decided to go for something I’ve been avoiding: the scotch. Scotch isn’t something you really want to cheap out on, but I decided to sample their cheapest anyway. Queen Margot … Continue reading

Hampstead London Dry Gin
On yet another journey to the ever wonderful Lidl, I came across a new gin they had in stock. I was unsure what to think as the bottle looks fairly mid/high teir, but only cost £8.99 which is an incredible … Continue reading

Old Samuel De Luxe Blended Bourbon Old Kentucky Whiskey
I was in Tesco looking for booze in their tiny booze section. Tired of the usual Tesco Everyday Value Vodka, I decided to opt for something slightly more exciting. There wasn’t much available other than Gordon’s Gin and Smirnoff Vodka, … Continue reading

Parrot Bay Frozen Citrus Daiquiri
While in the booze shop recently, I noticed new pouches of booze by a company named “Parrot Bay”. The pouches contain premixed cocktails which you freeze, smash up a bit while it’s still in the bag and then either pour … Continue reading

Svenzka Vodka
Today’s booze is Svenzka Vodka. I had originally wanted to buy a bottle of Boru Vodka on sale at £12 but unfortunately there was none left, so after considering a bottle of Smirnoff for £11.99, I noticed a bottle of … Continue reading
